I used soy sour cream and cream cheese in this and it turned out really good. Best to make this ahead of time to give the flavours a chance to marry. I made this with your crackers and it was really tasty. Great recipe, thanks for posting.

This is one of my adoptee's for PAC. This is a wonderful dip. Very easy to make and perfect when served with oopsmakes3's Cheese Thins (Cheese Thins). There is the perfect amount of "tang" that I like in a dip. This would also be great over salmon. Will use this again!
