My recipe featured in Southern Living. This came from a local caterer.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

    Cut each bacon slice into thirds.

    Wrap bacon around each oyster, and secure with a wooden pick.
  3. 3
    Place oysters on broiling pan; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    Spread 1/8 tsp.
  5. 5
    mustard on each oyster.
  6. 6
    Broil oysters about 4" from heat, 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7
    Turn and broil an additional 2-3 min.
  8. 8
    or until golden.
  9. 9
    Yield: about 12 appetizer servings.
