So EASY, FAST and Yum! This recipe came from McCormick spice--their Lemon-Pepper seasoning is the best brand to use in this recipe.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Rub lemon pepper on chicken.

    In lg skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. 3
    Saute chicken 7 minutes each side or until done; remove from skillet& keep warm.

    Add carrots and onions to skillet.
  5. 5
    Saute 2 minutes.

    Whisk together broth and flour.
  7. 7
    Pour over vegetables; bring to boil.

    Simmer 2 minutes.

    Add sour cream and parsley.

    Simmer 2 minutes.

    Spoon over chicken.

    I am sorry. I did not like this at all. Neither did my d/h and he actually washed off the chicken breast and broke out the bbq sauce. I am sorry, but thank you for letting me try your recipe.

    Great, great recipe. The only thing I did differently was to use mushrooms, an 8-ounce can, rather than carrots. Served it with rice and steamed zucchini. This is a keeper. Thank you.

    I made this for my family last night and everyone loved it. I didn't have lemon-pepper, so I used a combination of season salt, pepper and dried lemon rind. I also used more carrots to make it a meal in one pan. We served it with a chicken flavored Rice-a-roni. Thanks for sharing!
