This was wonderful. Everyone loved it except my 2 yr. old but that's not saying much he doesn't like anything. I was afraid this was going to be bland but it wasn't, it was very creamy and good. Thank you so much for a new way to have leftover ham PJ!

This was delicious! I used reduced fat sour cream and instant rice. I also subbed 1/2 cup cheddar cheese for the parmesan, and added some diced hot/sweet pickled peppers to mine at the end instead of the bell peppers. The kids loved it and so did I! Thanks for posting!

I was browsing, looking for a quick after work recipe to use up some sliced ham. This one caught my eye, and thank goodness it did. We loved the flavor of this recipe, and it was so quick and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly. Nice comfort food. DH said it definitely deserved all five stars. Thanks for sharing it.
