If I were rating for taste alone I would have given this a 5, but I had consistency issues like some of the other raters. I think I will try it again and fold in the chocolate rather than mixing it in.

I would give this one about ten stars! I am baking challenged so I dread making desserts for dinner parties. I saw this recipe and thought it looked like something even I could do----Really glad I tried. Its so easy and everyone raved (and thought I worked all day on the dessert!) I put single servings in martini glasses and topped it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and curls. Everyone was literally licking their spoons. I used Ghiradelli chocolate chips - yum.

This is so great, I had to make a chilled desert for a school project with 4 variations so i used different types of chocolate with it. white chocolate works wonders!

This is a superb recipe, easy to make and delicious. I used cognac and stong coffee in place of the water and used Valrhona bittersweet chocolate. It was perfect both ways. A must have recipe!!!!!!!!!!
