*Reviewed for Zaar World Tour 3*Very simple to put together and a good flavour blend. Way cheaper than purchasing prepared mixes. Next time I'll prepare a double batch to have some ready-made.

I agree, this is a perfect rub for pork. We love rubs with a "bite" and this rub is just the thing. It is the perfect rub for Boston Butt!!!

I used your cajan spice on thick cut pork chops. I rubbed it on and then let it sit in the fridge for about an hour before grilling. I reduced the cayenne by half and the heat level was perfect for us. Thank you katia!

A very nice spice rub and ingredients I have on hand all the time! I doubled the recipe, had pork sirloin chops, placed them in a ziploc bag, sprinkled with the rub and left in refrigerator over night. DH grilled these and I served with Chef Kate's Salade Curichoise (Potato Salad W/Ham, Celery and Cream) Salade Curichoise ( Potato Salad W/Ham, Celery and Cream), a wonderful meal!
