I rated this earlier in the day. I don't know what happened. The salad is elegant and can be proud at any dinner. It has a pleasing combination of fruit and vegetables. Something I plan to do again.

Thank you suggesting this recipe in my thread for what dish to take to a barbecue. I made this salad to go along with my pork kebobs (which I used recipe 17981). I used a bottled mango poppy seed dressing. This salad was simply delicious and easy to make. Thanks Ellie2
