Parmesan Fried Broccoli

My mom got this recipe from somewhere and it is one of our family's favorites! We make this for most of our parties, and then just because. It tastes great with lots of parmesan cheese melted on top.
SERVES 6
Ingredients
- broccoli (as much as you want)
- butter or margarine (to fry broccoli in)
- parmesan cheese, to taste
Directions

Boil broccoli in a pot of water until tender.2
Drain broccoli.3
Fry broccoli in frying pan until browned.4
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over fried broccoli and enjoy.

This broccoli is simple to make yet presents so well I'd serve it to company, and the buttery parmesan flavour is lovely. What I really like is that there aren't a lot of competing flavours. Excellent and easy side dish! Thank you, Kristen.
