This was a real hit with the family this morning. I didn't have blueberries but I did have frozen mixed berries and I used them to make the topping. I skipped the ice cream and made the berries with a little water, Splenda, cornstarch and the secret ingredient that everyone was trying to guess (the Amaretto). The cakes were fluffy and light. Thank you for a morning treat BK. YUMM!

We loved these pancakes. Very light and fluffy and full of flavor. Liked the sauce also, but a little runny for our preference. Thanks for a great breakfast.

I made these for my husband for breakfast this morning and my husband absolutely loved them! I left out the amaretto but otherwise followed directions. Well, I did half the recipe. I also poured a little syrup over the ice cream. Thank you! This is a keeper!
