OK, I don't know if I did something wrong but these were not nearly as good as I was hoping for after reading other reviews. I followed the recipe exactly...used Widmer Hefeweizen beer and Bone Sucking BBQ Sauce, cooked them for 90 min. in beer and then about 50 min. with the BBQ sauce. Mine came out very tough and dry. On a happy note, the pan was easier cleaning than anticipated.

Best way to clean that really messy baking dish (cause it gets really messy) is use Dawn Power Dissolver. Spray it on, let it sit for up to 30 minutes and just wipe and rinse the mess away! Awesome!

This was delicious! I was looking for an easy country rib recipe--this fit the bill. I had everything on hand, and this came together quickly--the only tough part was waiting for them to be done cooking! I used some Pyramid ale I found in the frig--whatever their seasonal light ale was for fall--and two kinds of BBQ sauce, Stub's and Kraft, as I only had a little bit of each. Didn't measure the sauce. Ribs came out wonderfully--so flavorful, and falling off the bone. It sure messed up my baking dish, but it was worth it! Thanks for the recipe!
