This is a GREAT cheesecake-DH loves it!!! I normally halve the recipe and bake in 8x8 pan just under 30 minutes unless I have a crowd to feed. Fast, easy, and delicious! Thank you for a great recipe!!!

I made this today for lunch and it was gone in no time. I did make some adjustments. I halved this recipe and baked it in a 8x8 it was done at 25 mins. I also used reducded fat cresecent rolls, fat free cream cheese and splenda. I also added 1tsp of cinnamon to the cheesecake filling. I didn't use the butter on top but instead sprayed with butter flavored pam. With all the adjustments I made it was still delicious. Thanks for the recipe!
