Loved this!! Used it for KBlakely's Reuben Meatballs and thought it was an excellent dressing! I kept going back for "tastes" before I actually served dinner!

Loved this twist on traditional thousand island. I had about 1 T. of minced onion leftover so in that went and I had a few spanish olives floating in the jar so I minced those and threw them in as well. It was lovely on a salad with grilled chicken, hard cooked egg and fresh red peppers, and equally as good as a sandwich spread. There is no doubt that this will be repeated here!

With homemade relish, barbecue sauce and mustard, this was a very good dressing. Sure beats bought stuff.
