This is my grandmother's recipe that she handed down, it is so good!!!! I love corn in anything, and this has been a favorite, it's real comfort food. This is very moist and keeps, and reheats well.

I love this. I was skeptical starting out, but I couldn't get enough of this! This will be one of my dish-to-pass staples from now on!

This tasted good, but I couldn't get over the texture of the corn in it. My husband didn't like the texture either. I really wanted to like this.

I make this dish often. My grandmother's recipe also had 1 cup grated swiss cheese. Mix 1/2 cup in the recipe and bake and then in last 10 minutes of baking, top with remaining cheese and bake until bubbly & melted. This is great served with any pork dish and good for potlucks and family get togethers.

I really lked this. I fixed it and shared it with my neighbors and they raved about the taste as well. The Jiffy Mix really gives the corn a new texture and taste which we all loved. We had this with venison chops and it was a great match up. We'll definitely make this when we have venison again. Thanks for sharing this.
