Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls
- 8 slices deli ham
- 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese or cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375.2
Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles.3
Firmly press diagonal perforations to seal.4
Place ham slices on the rectangles.5
Spread on the mustard, sprinkle with cheese.6
Starting at the shortest side, roll up each rectangle, press and seal.7
Coat with sesame seeds.8
Cut each of the 4 rolls into 5 slices forming 20 slices.9
Place cut side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.10
Bake 15-20 mins or until golden brown.11
Remove from cookie sheet.12
Serve them warm or let them cool and place them in the freezer for later.13
Yummy snack.

I'll add my 5 stars to the other great ratings. I used 4 oz of canned ham instead of the slices, and chopped it in the food processor. Other than that, i did everything else the same. Thanks for a new keeper.

Yum Yum! Quick and easy! Especially if you make ahead of time and freeze them. All you have to do after is pop them into the microwave for about 30 seconds and voila, instant appetizer!

I tried this recipe this weekend for poker night and loved it! Not only is this recipe very fast and easy but it is also a very versitile one. I tried some made following the instructions exactly. Then just to add a little variety I also tried some made with turkey, turkey and ham, spicy brown mustard, dijon mustard, colby jack, mexican blend cheese, and poppy seeds. They all turned out wonderful! Perfect little finger food for a night of poker.

I'll add my opinion that these were a fun, versatile, easy, and yummy food. My four year old helped make them and definitely helped eat them! I made some with cheddar, some with swiss, and some with pepperjack cheese. I doubled the recipe so I have some to freeze for later.
