Another recipe from Mom. These are good and easy to throw together.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. 3
    Pour into a 9x13" baking pan.
  4. 4
    Cook in oven, covered with foil for approximately 1 hour.
  5. 5
    You can stir after 1/2 hour of cooking.

    This was super easy to throw together and quite tasty. I wouldn't say it was an amazing dish but you can't really go wrong with meat and potatoes. I added an onion and some garlic and sprinkled some cheddar cheese on at the last minute. Will probably make again just based on the simplicity of it.

    I added 1/2 sliced green bell pepper, 1 Tbsp minced garlic and 1 chopped meium onion; and WOW~ my husband didn't leave a trace of it for leftovers!

    Hey, this was surprisingly good and gets extra points for being so easy. I reduced the amount of oil and used turkey kielbasa to lower the fat content. I was at a loss about how to serve this, but my kids had the idea of sprinkling it with grated cheese, which was a nice addition. Thanks, Petunia!
