As a kid I wasn't too hip to fruit pies. My mom would always do this with the dough scraps and they were all mine. Yum!

I remember as a child growing up my grandma making these for me. Recently I was at my sister's house and I made these again for us out of the left over pie crusts. It certainly brought back fond memories of my grandmother. Thanks so much for posting.

Pie Crust Cookies are one of my favorite childhood memories. My mother always made these with the scraps of leftover pie crust dough. Now, I do the same. Thanks for posting.

This was a favorite of mine growing up. My mom always used to make these with extra pie crust! The only change was that she wouldn't add butter... she would dip the pie crust slices in milk, put them on a greased cookie sheet and then generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over them. The picture I took is using Best - Ever Pie Crust for the crust. Delicious!
