This is a weekly meal in our house now!! I have shared it with many people and they love it too!!! Quick and easy to do. It puts hamburger helper in a box to shame. I add worcestershire and I chop the onions and put them in with the hamburger meat when I cook it!!!! Total comfort food!! Thanks Marie

Great, EASY dinner! I made it with 1 lbs 96% fat free ground beef, low fat soup, skim milk, and put some worchestershire sauce in with the milk and soup before dumping it on top. Also browned 1/2 of the onions with the beef to bring out a little extra flavor. On high, it was beginning to burn in my CP, but it runs hotter than most, I think. No leftovers and sadly, I only got a bite, but it will be repeated. Thanks!

I love this recipe! It would be fine plain, I think, but I did make some additions. I added garlic powder to the seasonings between layers, and added a tsp. of worchestershire sauce to the soup-milk mixture before pouring it over. It made the whole apartment smell wonderful. I cooked for 3 1/2 hours on high, and then stirred in some shredded raw cabbage and carrots to make it a one-pot meal and let it sit on "keep warm" for an hour or so while I waited on my husband to get home. We really enjoyed it; this goes on my list of great crockpot recipes for sure!

very easy and yummy, smells great when you walk into the door. I didn't have any onions so I used 3 large shallots and some sliced mushrooms in place of the onions. I also left the skin on the potatoes for nutrtion and to help the slices keep teir shape.
