This is a super fast pizza crust I fall back on when there is absolutely no time. It makes a thick doughy crust. I top it with a jar of spaghetti sauce, shredded mozzarella, and veggies for a quick and reasonably healthy meal the kids will eat! Modified from "500 Fat Free Recipes"

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. 2

  4. 4
Top with your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  5. 5
Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is crispy and golden.

This is a staple in our home! Good for kids that's for sure. Two things I do a bit different; 1) I add about a Tbsp of Olive Oil and 2) I pre-cook the crust for about 8-9 minutes. Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious. Added a dash of salt and a good pinch or two of Italian seasoning and it was wonderful.

This was great, easy, and fast!! My favorites! My only change was to add some basil, oregano, salt and pepper to the dough. The dough itself is very easy to work with. It's very pliable. Next time I will put the dough on a cookie sheet instead of the casserole dish. It was simply too thick for us. Can't wait to have it again. Thank you!!
