I followed this recipe as close as I could, but had to use garlic powder and half honey mustard/half dijon mustard. I should have used fattier chops, but used boneless lean ones and used the George Foreman grill. They weren't as good as I think they would have been had I done the above. A friend at work used the recipe also and she used thick chops and grilled them. She said they were GREAT! I will try this again and see how it is when I do the whole thing. Thanks for posting!!

My 1000th Review These are SO GOOD!! I'm not buying that Citrus marinade from the store again!! I was afraid I was not going to like this do to the orange juice, boy was I wrong. (I made something in the crockpot that had OJ in it and did not like it so have stayed away from any meat using OJ) These was very easy to make. The only thing I did different was to cut the marinade in half for 5 chops. And that was really plenty of marinade. One thing I thought of was maybe next time instead of discarding the marinade, reduce it down on the stove and use it as a sauce on top of the chops. So I'll have to try that next time and report back. Made for Zaar Stars game 2008

This is by far the best grilled pork chop recipe I've ever had. I've even passed it on to two other co-workers, and they and their families love it as well. One lady even uses this recipe for her chicken marinade. We all rate this 5 Stars for sure!

Wowee!! These chops were amazing! The flavour was just right - I'm not a real mustard-lover but it worked well in this recipe. The meat was incredibly moist. My hubby worked late last night & missed dinner so he took his pork chop in his lunch today - he emailed me the following message after lunch: Pork Chop - Mmmmmmmmmmmmm Goooooooooood! (and he's difficult to impress!!)
