This was easy and very good. I prepared it the night before, then set my crockpot to start while I was at work, and came home to a one dish meal! It tasted like stuffed peppers with corn added. Mine took a bit longer for the rice to be cooked nicely, about 6 hours. Thanks!

This was easy to make and my kids and I liked it. Next time I make it though I would maybe try diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce.

Family thought this was delicious. Easy assembly and great taste. I did not add the chili powder because we do not like too much spice. All in all, a great one dish recipe.
