Turned out great, but the recipe as written was hard to follow. Hopefully now that I've made my first batch, the next one will be easier as I now realize what I should have done the first time. Thanks for a good flatbread recipe.

This bread was fantastic. I've never before seen a recipe that called for warming the flour, I used bread flour and baked the loaves on a baking stone.Thank you for publishing it!
