This is so good! My DS and I love this...though no one else would try it. I had to change some things according to what I had on hand. I used Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, whole wheat flour, vanilla yogurt with orange extract and a touch of orange juice. I took one reviewer's suggestion and added an egg to the cereal mixture. Very moist, probably just not use that egg next time. Left it in fridge overnight to cool and it was great for breakfast. Thanks for this versatile recipe that is a great way of using up that last bit of yogurt!

Although the instructions seem to have dropped a line or two (I suspect the yogurt 'topping' was actually supposed to be a yogurt 'filling') the end result of just putting the yogurt mix on top of the cereal mix was excellent; cake textured bars with yogurt custard topping.. I used one cup of Sultana Bran and one cup of Aldi's meusli, I grated one fresh apple as I had no apple sauce (two might have been better), and I used homemade caramel yogurt. I'll add an egg to the cereal mix next time as well, to improve the 'hold' and increase the food value. A recipe I will recommend to anyone - incredibly fast and easy, and so adaptable!

Good recipe! I used Total cereal, whole wheat flour, Splenda brown sugar, and all applesauce. I also used low carb vanilla yogurt but I think flavored would have tasted better. I was a little confused from the directions; what I did was press the cereal mix into a small pan, then topped it with the yogurt mixture. The baked yogurt gave it a kind of "frosting" look to it! Tasted good, too!

This wokred out pretty good.I uses mixed berry yogurt and i didn't have any raisin bran so i used crushed cornflakes and added some raisins. Next time though i would add alittle less yogurt-maybe inly 6 ounces. A great way to use up the yogurt!
