    Wonderful ham salad!!!! I added some more mayo (as you suggested I might need) to make it as wet as I like it. We had this on soft onion rolls, a favorite of mine. The food processor makes easy work of this. Reminded me of my childhood when we would have this on the weekends, especially for picnics. My mom had to use a hand cranked meat grinder back then. Thanks for the yummy recipe and the warm memories!!! ~Lorie

    This is so good. I served on toasted rye rounds and everyone enjoyed it. I didn't grind the ham, but chopped it up fine because we like our ham salad a bit c bit chunkier. Thanks Richard!
