Only change I made was to use half butter and half olive oil. Served with apricot onion chicken. A nice change to the ordinary potato.

I also halved this recipe. Loved the ease of making this and the potatoes are delicious. Made exactly to recipe; no changes needed here. Thanks for sharing Fluffy.

Yes, easy and delicious! Very crisp and flavorful potatoes - I forgot the Italian seasoning, but we loved them without it, and I don't think I will add it next time I make them - and there will definitely be a next time. I halved the recipe and it filled up a 9x13" pan.

These were excellent and a nice change from my regular roasted potatoes. I also halved the recipe as there's only 2 of us and I didn't have any italian seasoning but they turned out great with a nice crispy crust. Thankyou for the recipe, I'll be making these often!
