Taco Bell Quesadillas

Recipe #78194 | 25 min | 20 min prep | add private note

Dec 7, 2003

I used to love these when I was younger, I could eat two in one sitting! I haven't had fast food in a year or two, but these taste like I remember Taco Bell's quesadillas tasting. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

WOW! These are awesome! Thank you sooo much for sharing this recipe! We will be making this again! The only thing I would do different is omit the sugar.

These were yummy! I used leftover chicken from Chicken Thighs With Lime and Honey (Oamc). I used miracle whip instead of mayo and it turned out great! BF says they're better than Taco Bell!!

DH and I want to give this more stars!! It was absolutely delicious. Considering the fat content, I've only made it three times in the last 2 weeks!!! The first 2 times I followed the recipe exactly, the last time I sub. the mayo for fat free mayo, used fat free Kraft American processed cheese and Kraft Mexican shreddred cheese and we couldn't really taste a difference. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
