A great and simple recipe! Being from New Mexico, I substituted green chile for green onion, and it was delicious! I also added a little milk to the eggs and used a few more to fill the dish. Thanks for posting!

I made this recipe for the office and tripled the ingredients to cook it on a cookie sheet. I also added 20 eggs instead of the tripled 15 and it came out fluffier. Also being from the southwest (New Mexico), I added green chile and garlic powder.

It couldn't get any easier than this, with a couple minor adjustments this will make a good light lunch for my DH! Added in some grated Parmesan with the cheddar and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and salt, and increased the green onions. thanks Evelyn!...Kitten

Excellent quiche. I had some homemade pie dough in the freezer so I used that for the pie shell and substituted bacon for the sausage at DH request. Wonderful blend of ingredients. I might add a little sour cream or some half and half to the egg mixture next time because it was just a tad dry for us. Thanks
