I got this off a Hellmann's coupon, I think. It is super duper easy & extremely good. I made this for the first time last week for friends, and they raved & raved. It's like artichoke dip already on the bread! I liked it a bit broiled on top.

I used canned artichoke hearts in water instead of marinated artichokes. I also didn't have enough freshly grated so I added a bit of the old green canister and no one knew or noticed the difference... Just want to say though, I hate mayo and I loved this appetizer. Everyone else at the get-together loved it as well and everyone was asking me for the recipe.

Great Recipe! Made this last night at the last minute as I was looking for something more than just garlic bread. I used parmigiano reggiano and it turned out perfect! It IS like artichoke dip on bread! Thanks NPG for sharing!
