A nice tasting bread. My husband is Finnish and so we enjoyed the cardamom. Thanks!

I thought this tasted wonderful. It is very easy to make. I also peeled the pears. Definately a keeper.

Excellent! The smell of this bread baking is so tempting - rich cardamom scent wafts through the air. The bread is very moist from the pear - the flavor of which is very pronounced. The little chunks of pear get so tender and are well complimented by the cardamom. This was delicious. NOTE: I mixed my liquids up separately with a whisk before adding to the dry ingredients.

oh yumm! This turned out so good, and it is sooo easy to make. It is sweet and I thought that the cardamom was perfect with the pear flavor. It is soft and fluffy despite the fact that I used whole wheat pastry flour. This is just what I needed to use up some very ripe pears that my neighbor gave me. Thanks so much for sharing, this is a keeper for sure!
