These were really good. I also used low fat sour cream and milk with no problems. Loved the bacon and scallions. Thanks for sharing.

This is a fantastic mashed potato recipe. It has scallions and bacon, cannot go wrong here. YUMMY!! Made them for Thanksgiving and everyone raved! Thanks for a keeper Tish
