Made these for Mothers Day. They were very good. I had to add more potatoes, so I improvised slightly, by adding some cream of chicken soup and some cream cheese, because I didn't have anymore cream of mushroom soup. It was fabulous. YUM! Got compliments from all. Thanks so much Nurse Di.

Very good! My son was scared they were going to taste like the soup, but they didn't at all. I didn't have dry ranch mix, so I just cut back on the milk and added regular ranch dressing. YUM! Thanks so much Nurse Di!

These potatoes were a big hit with my family! They all gave them five stars. I made the recipe exactly as stated and couldn't believe how this tasty dish was so simple to make. We'll definitely be having these again. Thanks for sharing, NurseDi !
