Great and easy recipe. My brother is always asking me to make my own salsa. Finally I did. This recipe was easy and tasted great! It's best if you can make it ahead and refrigerate it overnight so all the flavors meld together. Wonderful! I will be making this again and again!

I used cilantro instead of parsley, and added some oregano.

Oh. My. This salsa is beyond terrific. Perfect heat. EASY. QUICK. Cheap! Healthy! Balanced exactly right. What doesn't this salsa have? What am I missing?! I can eat this by the spoon. Honestly. I love it.

Easy to make and allows for adjustments. I used a half of a large can of pureed tomatoes bc I didn't have diced. Also, didn't need to use the blender since I used purreed tomatoes. I did minced the garlic. Didn't feel like chopping onions either so I used powder (screaming kids dictated that one!) It was good just the same! Made it for my Low Carb Chicken Taco Salad. YUM!
