I don't know where I got this, but it works. The whipped cream will keep for a week in the fridge without deflating... great for party make-ahead.

Absolutely delicious and delivers on its "never weep" promise. I've made it regular and also tried it sweetened with a few drops of stevia instead of sugar to keep it a bit more diet friendly. Never going back to Cool Whip! So delicious and fast.

Great recipe! I used this on Banana Cream Pie Banana Cream Pie and it was perfect. The only change I made was I used 2 tablespoons of dry banana cream pudding mix to give it a little extra flavor. Thanks for sharing!

This is wonderful! I used 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and it was just the right amount of sweetness for us. This holds up beautifully. Thanks for posting!

Cool! What a great trick---It's delicious and convenient. Made my whipped cream 24 hours before my dinner party and it was delicious. I used 2 tsp powdered sugar.
