This was quite different for a way to serve ham. It's not too bad, but I have to say I probably won't make this again, or if I do I may make some adjustments on it. Maybe mix it all the ingredients together and cut down on the amount of peanut butter. It just seemed like the peanut butter was too thick in places.

This was very different and good! I like peanut butter and bacon sandwiches so I figured the peanut butter with ham would be good too and it was. I used a much smaller steak so I had to adjust the measurements and think I may have had a little too much for the size steak I used, as it seemed pretty thick. I also used creamy peanut butter and just didnt have the crunch but had the flavor. Regarding the vinegar I wasnt sure what kind to use so I opted for balsamic. I will make this again and use less of everything. Very tasty and different from your typical ham glazes. Thanks Lennie!

Interesting taste to this! I would never have thought of spreading peanut butter on ham, but hey...I liked the glaze of brown sugar, etc, very much. Anyway, I tried this as it sounded interesring and easy, and I had all the ingredients on hand. A unique way to bake ham!
