These were delicious and easy ! Took them to Easter and received raves! I did precook the wrappers the nite before, then in the morning I made meat mixture, placed them on a cookie sheet, added the cheese and then transported them and heated them there. Then put them out with the salsa, sour cream, etc. for everyone to garnish their own. How simple and easy ! Not a one left! Thankyou!

we LOVED these.... I don't have mini-muffin tins, so I used regular muffin tins and they came out great. And the possibilities are endless.....ground pork w/ ginger terriyaki sauce, Italian sausage with mozzeralla, spinach, feta and sundried tomatoes.....

I borrowed this great supper idea from a "what's for supper" thread and boy am I glad I did!!! Everyone in the family loved these and they were so simple to whip up. I almost always have Tish's All Purpose Ground Meat Mix All Purpose Ground Meat Mix in the freezer and I will add this to my list of quick meals to make with it. I just made a double batch of homemade taco seasoning (Taco Seasoning Blend)and used 1 Tbsp of that instead of a package. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
