Found this at http://www.womens-menopause-health.com I must say this is not at all tasty! But it`s so good for you. Try it with vanilla flavored soy powder. You do get a hint of nuttyness from the flax and wheat germ. As you can see by the picture it`s not eye appealing.

I made a 3-day supply of this and drank it once a day....I'm sure it did me some good, I DID feel more energetic and it alleviated some, uh, symptoms, that I usually experience at this point in my 'cycle'. I used fat-free, lactose-free milk and GenSoy Protein Powder. Also, I used the Green Magma as that was what I could find here. I plan on making this each month and see what happens. Thanks Rita for posting this for us peri-menopausal people on here!

Rita’s saying “this is not at all tasty” was really throwing out a challenge, which I decided to take on because this shake is obviously so nutritious. I thought about how I could make this more flavoursome, so that it would be something I’d make again, as I’d like to drink this once a week at least. I made mine with 1˝ cups of soy milk (unflavoured), the listed ingredients plus about a tablespoon of sunflower seeds (which I often throw into shakes and smoothies), a small banana, 2 teaspoons of honey and 2 drops of vanilla essence. This made two servings, so I sampled this on two occasions. It wasn’t as totally scrumptious as some of the berry smoothies, but it was certainly sufficiently flavoursome for me to make again. What an excellent way to add Green Magna to one’s diet! I’m going to try making it with berries. Thank you for sharing this, Rita.
