Very tasty. The cookies were a little crumbly but worth making again. I added a little more of the cinnamon sugar filling because of some of the other comments but I think I added too much sugar.

Cinnamony goodness! The recipe made 30 1/4" cookies for me. More cinnamon-sugar mixture is required to get visible brown swirls — I'll try doubling that next time. Glaze is highly recommended. Making a half batch produces an equal number of cookies with a small diameter. Careful with baking — the cookies don't visibly change, so it's tempting to presume they are not done and leave them in the oven.

yum! made these for an upcoming holiday bake sale!! I had a little bit of trouble getting the dough to roll up but, it was probably just me :D They still came out wonderful and I also drizzled a glaze over them as the other reviewers said they did!! Thanx!
