we all enjoyed this salad, even the kiddos! it got a little liquidy on us but i'm not sure that can be avoided w/ cukes. next time i'll salt the cukes ahead of time and let them drain a bit and omit the salt from the recipe. i used white wine vinegar, next time i'll use plain white for a little more zing, i ended up adding some in anyway to balance out the sugar. only change i made is to add some garlic, i'm not sure i can make anything w/o adding it in lol... definitely an excellent alternative to slaw and one i'll be making regularly!

Really good salad! I tried the mayo, and the Miracle Whip version-liked the one with Miracle Whip better. Very easy to make.

I had made a similar salad for years, but the addition of the dill is a vast improvement. Sometimes it is the tiniest thing that that makes a huge difference! I will be preparing cucumber salad this way in the future. Thanks Roger!!!
