I make this salad often for Potlucks and picnics.. even my kids who don't like veggies, love it

SERVES 15 -20 , 1 salad (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Spread lettuce in the bottom of a disposable tin roaster.

    Place peas on top of lettuce.
  3. 3
    place carrots on top of peas.
  4. 4
    mix Broccoli and cauliflower.
  5. 5
    Place mix on top of Carrots.
  6. 6
    Mix dressing and barbecue seasoning.
  7. 7
    Layer dressing on top of broccoli and cauli.
  8. 8
    Mix Bacon and cheese.
  9. 9
    Layer on top of dressing.
  10. 10
    Top with croutons.
