Thanks for sharing this simple recipe! I made cinnamon rolls with this and my own frosting for the top and it came out just like bisquick! This will always be on my shelf for quick meals, too!

Thank you so much for this recipe! It saved me a trip to the store this weekend! I used it with a fried pickle recipe (that I also found on this site!) I could not tell that it wasn't the "real" one, but it will definitely be the only one now on! Thanks again!

This is the first time I've made my own 'Bisquick Mix', but it won't be the last! I used some of the mix to make biscuits, and they turned out great! I skipped the step of sifting the dry ingredients, but the mix was a great success anyway. This was really easy to mix together in my Kitchenaid stand mixer, and very economical, too! Thanks for posting this handy recipe, Lan!

Great recipe, made great chicken and dumplings, works at least as well as the "real" Bisquick. The main reason I wanted to make my own was to avoid partially hydrogenated oil. This recipe worked great. I even substituted vegan shortening, with no hydrogenated oil, found in a natural food store's fridge section. The dumplings were light, fluffy, and might have even absorbed more flavor from the broth than when using the good old standby "real" Bisquick. Like others, I didn't bother to sift the ingredients. Thanks for posting this recipe, Lan!
