Chicken and Angel Hair Pasta

This is another great chicken recipe that is easy and delicious. My kids love it.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    In a large suacepan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. 3
    Stir in the package of dressing mix.
  4. 4
    Blend in wine and golden mushroom soup.
  5. 5
    Mix in cream cheese, and stir until smooth.
  6. 6
    Heat through, but do not boil.
  7. 7
    Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    Pour souce over chicken.

    Bake for 60 minutes in the oven.

    Twenty minutes before the chicken id done, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil.

    Cook pasta until al dente, as directed on package instructions.

    Drain.

    Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

    This recipe was so easy, and so good! And the leftovers were just as tasty! I followed the recipe exactly, but I used 4 chicken breasts instead of 6. I had just the right amount of sauce, so I would probably make extra sauce for 6 pieces of chicken. Thanks so much for posting - I will be making this often!

    This was a really good, quick meal. I didn't feel like waiting an hour for it to bake so I cut the chicken in pieces and boiled it in the sauce on the stove - took about 10 minutes for the chicken to cook! Also mixed in some peas. Very good!
