This was pretty good. I enjoyed it, but not everyone else did. Overall, it is pretty good and it is definitely healthy.

I love the flavor of this but could not get enough of the water out of the cauliflower. This makes it too mushy. Does anyone know the secret of draining the cauliflower.

I am giving this 4 stars from my daughters who thought it was quite good. I wouldn't say it was like mashed potatoes though..
