I used 4 carrots, peeled. 2 apples. I got 2 small glasses. It's healthy and with the apples it's give just the right touch of sweetness. Thanks PetsRus

Healthy, refreshing. I did not peel the carrots but did scrub them with a vegetable brush. I think that I would like the addition of a touch of lemon juice.

The combination of parsley, carrots and apple made a surprisingly sweet, but green concoction. I was needing an energy boost and my DH and I both felt revitalized after drinking this juice. I do find that you will get a sweeter juice if you peel the carrots. We will be keeping our juicer out on the counter now, instead of at the back of the cupboard.
