I have made this on an outdoor grill and on the George Foreman. Good both ways.

SERVES 3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Honey Mustard Glaze

Directions

  1. 1
In a bowl, add all the Honey Mustard Marinade ingredients; stir to combine.
  2. 2
Place the salmon fillet in a shallow glass dish.
  3. 3
Pour marinade on top of the fillet; cover and refrigerate between 15 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. 4
Place salmon skin side down on a well greased grill, over medium heat (Save marinade).
  5. 5
Cover and grill 10-15 minutes; brush salmon 2-3 times with reserved marinade; turn once during grilling.
  6. 6
Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

This has joined my list of favorite ways to prepare salmon, too! I served it with regular mashed potatoes (next time, garlic mashed potatoes) and butter-roasted carrots and pea pods with walnuts. Thanks for helping my dinner come together tonight!

Wow! Di, you have never let me down and you sure didn't this time! I loved the combination of flavors and the fish was so moist. Easy and simple and done in 25 minutes in the oven at 350. It's my new favorite glaze for salmon. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

Wonderful marinade. I had to bake it at 350 for 25 minutes because of the weather (grill ain't ready!) but it still turned out juicy on a big 1 lb filet. I also added chopped almond slivers for a fun texture, and poured the remaining marinade over the filet 15 minutes through.

This is SO good! I also baked mine at 350 for 20 min & it worked wonderfully! The glaze was delicious & so simple. Flaky & flavorful-will make this often. Thank you!
