I made this batter tonight for cod fingers, and everyone loved it. It was nice and crispy without being too heavy. Very nice. I ended up using it on onion rings too, which were excellent. I didn't have saffron, so I skipped it. This will definitely replace the batter I usually use. Thanks for a great recipe.

I made these sometime at the beginning of the month and totally forgot to review! My parents came to get me from NC, and I made dinner for them the night before we left
We had these fish fingers and some spicy potato wedges. Fabulous fish fingers. The flavor is wonderful! I used the beer
