Best Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing/Dip

This is a fantastic dip for veggies or buffalo wings 
SERVES 8
Ingredients
- 5 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 6 tablespoons buttermilk
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic (or to taste or use 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions

In a bowl mash the blue cheese with the buttermilk until the mixture resembles large-curd cottage cheese.2
Add in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt; mix until well blended.3
Season with black pepper to taste.

YUM! If you like blue cheese dressing you will love this recipe. I made it a day ahead of time to let chill and get all its flavors combined. It was delicious over my salad today.

A creamy dressing with some bite, thanks to the lemon juice. Blue cheese and garlic--made for each other! Great combination of ingredients in this one!

Very good. I used 1 small clove of garlic and doubled the blue cheese. I keep this dressing on hand all the time.
