I subbed 1lb ground lean sausage for the beef, subbed 1/2 green pepper for the celery, doubled the water (or more), added 1/2 canned corn, used 2 cups dry elbow macaronis instead of noodles, subbed 1 can diced tomatoes for the others. Delicious! My kids ate it up.

This is good. Add a can of corn..even better and I use macaroni. When it's done put some shredded cheddar cheese over it and melt the cheese...then serve...mmmmmm

Very good and simple recipe, I added a can of red kidney beans to make it more filling. Turned out real good. Will make this one again.

Very tasty. Based on experience with a similar recipe I just about doubled the water. It's hard to measure noodles in a measuring cup...I used the guide of 1.5 cups = 4 oz. dry pasta.
