Natural and yummy. Worth getting fresh strawberries. I started making this in college. I'm diabetic and so when every one else was snarfing bad for you stuff, I was slurping this. I'd take this over a candy bar any day.

Loved it!! I used frozen strawberries which worked very well and I put some ice cubes in as well because I tend to like my smoothies a little more on the icy side. I am drinking it now and the only thing I am not totally thrilled with is the fact that it seems to be melting fast! Maybe it's the ice cubes?

DELICIOUS!! I used frozen strawberries with sugar because that's what I had on hand and omitted the brown sugar. My kids LOVED it! Thank you.
