Loved this recipe. There's a little too much sugar for our family, but I just added the sugar to taste (about 1/4 cup like someone else) and it's still really good without being cloying. It also has a nice cream cheese taste. I put this over a spice cake (from the box) that I added 1 cup of pumpkin to so I could boost up the fiber. This is a 4-star recipe to me!

This frosting was a great compliment to the spice cake I made. I used margarine and milk and didn't find it to be thin at all. I'll use this recipe again and again.

I added 2 tsp vanilla just to give this a little more flavor. It was delicious!

This LITERALLY took me 5 minutes to make, and in no time I had a lovely pile of frosting for my holiday spice cake. I'd recommend this wonderful recipe to anyone who's making icing from scratch for the first time. It's easy and delicious!
