Good flavor, good texture, but not my favorite. It needs a little something, maybe nuts added. Solid recipe to build on.

I made these this morning- I was excited to find this recipe because I only had one egg. To be honest, they are not my favorite. I have tried many of the banana muffin recipes on here, and these just seemed like they were missing something. Perhaps something sprinkled on top at the end, or something else in the mix??? They were an ok basic muffin, but not what I was looking for. Sorry!

I'm not much of a "muffin person". I find them to be too bland, too dry, or not sweet enough. But my Mom give me a couple of those silicone (rubber looking) muffin pans, plus I had bananas turning darker by the minute, so I decided to try your recipe. Soooo glad I did! DH thanks you too!
