This is my second drink of the morning (the other was another amaretto drink with coffee) and I think I am addicted to these hot toddy beverages. Why drink plain old coffee in the morning? Oh, ok, I'll only drink these on Saturday and Sunday's when there is no work. Just for the caffeine I added some espresso and I did leave the whipped cream off as I'm trying to cut back on fat and calories. Thanks for the great recipe Kim. Made with our Babes while traveling Italy in the ZWT4 game.

Mmm...Yummy! Raining outside and I since I am feeling grumpy...I though I would fix myself a treat. And this was very lovely, hardly an work at all. I topped it with whipped cream and toasted hazelnuts. Thanks, Kim! Made for my Babes for ZWT4 Italy.

I made the hot chocolate with Dutch cocoa, skim milk and Splenda to save the sugar the pre-made mixes have. It was so warming it felt like comfort in a cup. The flavor is exquisite
